From repairing scuffs and scrapes, to colour-coded custom paint jobs and diamond-cut finishing, our we can make your wheels look as good as the day they left the factory.
1. Bends & Buckles
Often seen on the inner lip of the rim, but also possible on the outer lip and face. Usually result of a pothole, kerb graze, or other road hazards.
2. Kerb Rash
Typically the result of kerb graze, road debris, or driving on a flat tyre. The damage is generally located on the face of the wheel, lip, or spokes.
3. Corrosion
Caused by general wear & tear, roadside chemicals, salt, brake dust, acid cleaners, or other external elements.
4. Deep Gutter Damage
Often the result of direct contact with road potholes and/or other hazards that might require welding and CNC machining.
5. Alloy Rim Cracks
Often caused by hitting road debris and other hazards at speed. Not all cracks can be repaired. Please contact our rim repair specialists for advice.
6. Incorrect Wheel Offset
A wrong wheel offset can cause damage to your wheels and reduce driving stability. Repair involves professional wheel offset machining.

Seriously damaged wheels may take longer as, depending on the nature and severity of the damage, we may need to send them off-site for specialist repair work to ensure both your safety and satisfaction.

The repair process will differ depending on the nature and severity of the damage, and may involve welding, heating and straightening to reshape and respair the wheel safely.

If your wheels have lost their original pristine appearance, our wheel refurbishment service is designed to restore wheels that have suffered cosmetic damage such as corrosion (oxidisation of the alloy), kerb rash, scuffs, scratches or chips, back to their original state and improve their aesthetic appeal. Our same-day cosmetic wheel repair services include cleaning, sanding, filling and painting.
Total wheel customisation

Wheel customisation to suit the owner's personal preference can involve changing wheel size, color, material, design and finish. Techniques include polishing, custom wheel and caliper painting, powder-coating and diamond cutting for a quality finish. Larger alloys and special rims can be fitted for a sportier, more unique look for your vehicle. This type of wheel customisation needs to be done in our specialist workshop.
